We came out today to Hazelwood, MO for no heat in the dining area of the building. Found the inducer motor failing, and rust holes in the back plate. We Removed the noisy draft inducer and rusted back plate and install the new ones. We sealed up the hose with high temp silicone that was loose because the plate is on back order and they have no clue if they will ever be available again. We removed and replaced the bad condensing fan motor and test it for proper operation.
